The unforgettable “winner of the heart” on the occasion of his licensing in Verden was on everyone’s lips again in 2019 with his offspring.

His foals were able to win numerous foal shows again last year. For example, the offspring of the Finest were able to qualify for the finals of the German Foal Championships with grades of up to 9.5 or were named vice-champions in the Austrian Foal Championships. With € 31,000, Finest Prince was one of the top prices in the Verden foal auction, a colt with the appropriate name – Fantastico- changed hands in Vechta for € 42,000.

Three Finest daughters were selected for the Oldenburg state tournament in Rastede. The mare Rosenfein Q was particularly outstanding. She was not only selected for the final brilliant ring, she won the Ib Prize as the best three-year-old mare. Also in Verden on the occasion of the Herwart von der Decken show, Finest presented with the Hanoverian premium mare Freya a class winner and thus a top mare of the year. From his first year he already had 10 licensed sons, including the Verden premium stallion -For Sure-, who changed owners for € 360,000.

The Finest son Frizzantino impressively showed that his offspring also know how to inspire under the saddle. In the classification of four-year-old stallions, he was able to win the Hanoverian Champion title. He received a score of 9.0 for trotting and galloping and was subsequently also nominated for the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf.

If we look back at Finest’s career so far, at the age of nine, then we can look back on probably unique moments at the licensing in Verden, which made a more than successful entry into the breeding career possible. His foal crop left nothing to be desired. His captivating charm, unmistakable character and also the three basic gaits, blessed in equal measure with exceptional quality, he undoubtedly passed on all of this to his descendants. This is impressively substantiated with a breeding value of 140 points. This places Finest in the top 10% of dressage stallions.

This storybook career is also reflected on the sporting level. After his 30-day test in Münster (breeding value of 138 points), Finest continued to develop excellently and at the age of 4 became the series winner in dressage tests with grades up to 9.0. So far unbeaten at all of his starts, he was able to win the first qualification for the Bundeschampionat for 5-year-old dressage horses in 2016. Finest received the third highest value of all participants of its class qualified for the Bundeschampionat. Father Fürstenball set milestones at a very young age – he was the brilliant stallion of his licensing, HLP winner, Bundeschampion of 5-year-old dressage horses and highly placed participant in the World Championships for six-year-old dressage horses. The mother Wie Princess, from the Trakehner family of the swindler, gave birth to two licensed premium stallions and one top-class state premium mare with her first three foals. Mother father Like Weltmeyer himself, A. to attract attention as an Olympian. Prince Thatch, too, will be remembered as the father of the World Cup team gold winner Piccolini under Klaus Husenbeth. This line has produced over 30 licensed stallions, numerous elite mares and countless award-winning foals. Prince Thatch, too, will be remembered as the father of the World Cup team gold winner Piccolini under Klaus Husenbeth. This line has produced over 30 licensed stallions, numerous elite mares and countless award-winning foals. Prince Thatch, too, will be remembered as the father of the World Cup team gold winner Piccolini under Klaus Husenbeth. This line has produced over 30 licensed stallions, numerous elite mares and countless award-winning foals.
