Description
Hendrix was a premium stallion at the southern German licensing in 2007 and finished his stallion performance test in Schlieckau as the 2nd Reserve Champion, clearly winning the index for dressage with a score of 130.15. His best scores were for his gaits with a 9.25 for rideability and an 8.5 for jumping.
His sire His Highness was Hanoverian Champion Stallion, winner of his performance test with record scores, Champion Stallion in Denmark and placed twice in the Bundeschampionat final. When he turned six he immediately won medium (M/A) level dressage tests and by the time he was seven he was trained to advanced (S) level. Sixteen of his sons were licensed, including the stallion performance test Reserve Champion, Hampton. In 2007 the life of this still young stallion ended, the result of a tragic accident. The youngest newcomer in the German FN’s estimated breeding value statistics, he ranked fourth among the best German riding horse sires.
The dam Raissa produced another licensed son named Davinty (by Dacaprio). The dam’s sire Regazzoni won his stallion performance test and placed in dressage up to medium (M) level. Thirteen of his sons were licensed. The granddam Woliesel produced St.Pr.St. Ravenna and her full brother Romeo (both by Regazzoni), a successful show jumper. Woliesel is a half-sister of the licensed stallion Beltain (by Bolero) who placed in Inter I dressage under Leonie Bramall/CAN, the advanced (S) level show jumper Woodney (by Wendekreis), the medium (M/A) level jumper Wendig (by Wendekreis) and St.Pr.St. Wolke (by Wendekreis), who became the dam of four licensed sons: Wolkenstein I, II and III (all by Weltmeyer) and Lautenspieler (by Lauries Crusador xx) as well as the Grand Prix dressage horse, Little Big Man (by Lauries Crusador xx)/Falk Rosenbauer. This dam line furthermore produced the State Stud sires Garibaldi I and II as well as Brentano I and II and the dressage Vice World Champion, Beauvalais/Beatriz Ferrer-Salat/ESP.
