Description

La Vie, ridden by Therese Nilshagen/SWE, made his debut in the advanced level up to St. Georges and won with scores of over 73 percent. As a five- and six-year-old, he qualified for the Bundeschampionat and previously completed a highly rated sport test in Verden (8.44).
Sons from La Vie’s first crop were licensed. La Bonheur won silver at the Hanoverian Championships and participated in the Bundeschampionat. La Mancha took fifth place in Verden. Lady Rubin took fourth place at the Westphalian Championships.
Her sire is the Celle state stud stallion Livaldon, who is interestingly bred through Vivaldi-Donnerhall-Eiger II and has won advanced (S) level ribbons.
The dam, Sarafina, also produced the full sister Loudzi Gold, bronze winner of the French Dressage Horse Championships (4yo) and again placed finalist in the following two years, and the half-brother Bernstein (by Benicio) sold via the Westphalian Online Auction.
The dam’s sire Scolari, himself promoted to the advanced level, produced top horses with high frequency
The granddam produced Ribadeo (by Riverside), who was successful up to St. Georges.
The Grand Prix-placed Water World (by World Cup I) under Bastian Konzag also comes from the line.
“La Vie is a model student: always there, always ready to perform. He passes this on to his offspring, just like his impulsion and generous movement.”
Wolfgang Stagge, DLZ Operations Manager
